At the LEGIONISTÓW project, the apartments are almost ready. The walls have been plastered and primed, so our clients will be able to start painting them immediately after receiving the keys. Electrical fittings are also being installed.

Landscaping works are underway. The gardens for the ground-floor apartments are taking shape. Soon, residents will be able to enjoy the greenery and make use of the outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation.

As part of the planned landscaping in the PREMIUM developer standard, greenery has been planted in front of the houses. Pines, lavender, dwarf pine, and Japanese pampas grass have been planted, and when fully grown, they will be a great decoration for the homes.

After completing the insulation of the flat roofs (using bituminous vapor barriers and Firestone EPDM membrane), the installation of tiles on the rooftop terraces has begun.

Subfloor installations have already been completed, and pressure tests of the installations have been carried out. We are now proceeding with the floor screeds in the apartments.
