Legionistów – Landscaping of Gardens
Landscaping works are underway. The gardens for the ground-floor apartments are taking shape. Soon, residents will be able to enjoy the greenery and make use of the outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation.
Strażów – Planting of Flowerbeds
As part of the planned landscaping in the PREMIUM developer standard, greenery has been planted in front of the houses. Pines, lavender, dwarf pine, and Japanese pampas grass have been planted, and when fully grown, they will be a great decoration for the homes.
Legionistów – Rooftop Terraces
After completing the insulation of the flat roofs (using bituminous vapor barriers and Firestone EPDM membrane), the installation of tiles on the rooftop terraces has begun.
Legionistów – Floor Screeds
Subfloor installations have already been completed, and pressure tests of the installations have been carried out. We are now proceeding with the floor screeds in the apartments.
Legionistów – Internal Road
We have started stabilizing the ground for the internal road, which will be 6 meters wide. We are beginning with the correction and stabilization of the first layer of aggregate.
Strażów – Driveways with paving stones
Landscaping works are underway. We are currently installing driveways with paving stones in front of houses with garages in the basement (Type B).
Legionistów – Central Heating Installations
Underfloor heating installation has been completed in the apartments.
Legionistów – Garages
Garage doors have been installed.
Strażów – the Last House of Type A
