Street<\/h3>\n                                                                            <p class=\"investment-preview__description text\">The plot where the project was realized is situated amidst a diverse single-family residential area, on a quiet street, in close proximity to forested land. The need to consider both formal-legal and spatial conditions, as well as the investor\u2019s expectations, naturally influenced the architectural form of the building and its spatial layout.\r\n\r\nThe front elevation features a compact, orderly composition that subtly integrates into the context of the street and surrounding buildings. From the garden side, the structure becomes more articulated, allowing it to gradually reveal its qualities and emphasize a seamless transition into the open, spacious living area.\r\n\r\nThe functional layout of the building was carefully designed with the individual needs of the investors in mind, with particular emphasis on a connection to nature \u2014 through panoramic glazing, terraces, and direct access from the interior to the garden. The facade, made partly of corten steel panels, highlights the authentic beauty of natural materials that age gracefully over time. The rust-colored corten surface gives the facade a unique character and creates a harmonious relationship with the surrounding landscape.<\/p>\n                                                    <ul
