On the ground floor, garages were designed along with an additional parking space in front of the building and storage units. It will house, among other things, a local convenience store, a caf\u00e9-restaurant, and 2\u20133 service units. The individual modules are structurally and functionally connected by an underground garage, above which the aforementioned courtyard space has been planned.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"762\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The residential function is complemented by two service modules intended for gastronomic use (e.g., a caf\u00e9) and small-scale services such as a hair or beauty salon. The design concept is based on the optimal use of the plot\u2019s potential \u2014 both its unusual shape and exceptionally favorable location.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"617\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The investment site is located in the immediate vicinity of a bus terminal, Rzesz\u00f3w\u2019s largest industrial facility, Pratt &amp; Whitney, and a large residential estate.
