Legionistów
The project is based on two rows of terraced buildings which, through the site’s configuration, create an intimate urban interior, visually enclosed by dense tree cover located on the neighboring plot. The central axis of the development is formed by an internal communication route in the form of a wide pedestrian and vehicular pathway.
The architectural form of the buildings references the surrounding development through the use of both pitched and flat roofs — the latter taking the form of roof terraces offering views of the Rzeszów skyline.
The varied geometry of the roofs introduces a dynamic rhythm and distinct divisions within the compact compositions of the façades in both building complexes.
The priority in shaping the interior layout was ergonomics and the ability to flexibly adapt the apartment functions to individual needs. On the ground floor, garages were designed along with an additional parking space in front of the building and storage units. The upper floors include both single-level apartments with spacious terraces and private gardens, as well as two-level units featuring an additional master bedroom and a comfortable rooftop terrace.
Complementing the residential function, which includes 30 apartments, is a commercial-service building located within the estate. It will house, among other things, a local convenience store, a café-restaurant, and 2–3 service units. In front of the building, a social integration space has been designed — a place for relaxation, children’s play, and the extension of the dining area.

The multi-family residential building project is currently in the advanced conceptual phase. The main objective was to adapt the scale and character of the development to the surrounding urban context, which is predominantly composed of single-family housing.
The immediate proximity of two major traffic arteries, as well as the specific shape and topography of the plot, naturally guided the design toward a solution based on grouping several simple building volumes around a centrally located courtyard.
This courtyard, filled with greenery, will serve as a space for social interaction and recreation for the residents, while also acting as a zone insulated from external noise and street traffic.
Each section of the building has been designed as a three-story volume with a gable roof. The individual modules are structurally and functionally connected by an underground garage, above which the aforementioned courtyard space has been planned.
The residential function is complemented by two service modules intended for gastronomic use (e.g., a café) and small-scale services such as a hair or beauty salon. Additionally, the basement level includes spaces designated for a gym or fitness room, exclusively for residents.

The commercial, retail, and office building project is currently in the conceptual phase and undergoing consultations with local government authorities. The design concept is based on the optimal use of the plot’s potential — both its unusual shape and exceptionally favorable location.
The investment site is located in the immediate vicinity of a bus terminal, Rzeszów’s largest industrial facility, Pratt & Whitney, and a large residential estate. In this context, the proposed building is intended to serve as a functional and spatial connector between these three areas.
In addition to its commercial and office functions, the building would also serve as a local neighborhood center. One of the key elements of the concept is the design of a currently missing pedestrian route — a connector between the residential estate and the bus terminal — which will significantly improve accessibility and spatial integration.
The building’s U-shaped form allows for the creation of an internal courtyard with the character of an intimate public square, incorporating greenery and a designated recreational area for users and nearby residents.
