Completed residential project with terraced homes
The project, divided into three stages, began in May 2020 and was completed in May 2023. The three separate segments included a total of 40 terraced houses, each with its own garage and garden. Thoughtfully designed housing, an access road leading to the properties, and a touch of community spirit — in the form of a café at the entrance to the street — created a cozy and intimate neighborhood on the outskirts of Rzeszów.

We designed a functional room layout that offers great flexibility in interior arrangement. Thanks to a well-thought-out concept, residents can freely adapt the space to their needs and preferences.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area, consisting of a living room combined with a kitchen and dining space. This layout ensures a comfortable and functional use of the main part of the house. The living room is the perfect place to relax and spend time with family and friends.
Large-format windows in this zone create a seamless connection between the interior and the terrace and garden, giving a sense of spaciousness and blending the home naturally with its surroundings.
On the second floor, we designed spacious and functional rooms without sloped ceilings. This layout allows full use of the room height, enhancing the sense of openness. The absence of slants makes furnishing easier and ensures a comfortable, practical living experience in this part of the house.
