We care about every detail – including the greenery that shapes the atmosphere of this place. There are no random design choices in our development. From the very beginning, we placed great emphasis on creating a space that is not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also friendly to both nature and its residents. That’s why the project includes the planting of trees, climbing plants, and ivy – so that greenery can be enjoyed all year round, regardless of the season. We have just begun planting trees throughout the estate. This marks an important stage that gives the space a completely new dimension – greenery softens the architecture, adds harmony, and brings a sense of calm. The trees and plants will create a natural environment perfect for relaxation, meeting neighbors, and enjoying daily walks. We believe that greenery is more than just decoration – it’s an integral part of modern architecture. It makes a place more welcoming, cozy, and full of life.
