How is the process of working with us?

Identification of needs and conditions

The first step is to thoroughly understand the Investor’s expectations and analyze the spatial, functional, and technical conditions related to the planned investment.

Formal and legal analysis and investment process planning

Based on applicable laws and local regulations, we prepare a schedule and structure for the entire design process, taking into account all necessary stages and administrative requirements.

Development of architectural concept

We develop multiple design concept variants that showcase the investment’s potential and serve as a foundation for further consultations. At this stage, we define the main functional, spatial, and aesthetic assumptions.

Construction design – staged approach

We prepare the construction design
within the scope required by regulations, usually divided into stages (architectural-construction design, technical design, and executive design), tailored to the scale and nature of the investment.

Handling of administrative procedures

We represent the Investor during the building permit procedure, ensuring the completeness of documentation and coordinating the required approvals and opinions.

Technical and executive designs

Based on the approved design and in connection with the building permit application, we develop detailed technical documentation that enables the implementation of the investment in accordance with the design assumptions.

Authorial supervision

We provide ongoing authorial supervision during the investment’s execution phase, ensuring that the works carried out comply with the design documentation and the designer’s intentions.

Projects we have delivered

Single-family residential building on Migdałowa Street

The plot where the project was realized is situated amidst a diverse single-family residential area, on a quiet street, in close proximity to forested land. The need to consider both formal-legal and spatial conditions, as well as the investor’s expectations, naturally influenced the architectural form of the building and its spatial layout. The front elevation features a compact, orderly composition that subtly integrates into the context of the street and surrounding buildings. From the garden side, the structure becomes more articulated, allowing it to gradually reveal its qualities and emphasize a seamless transition into the open, spacious living area. The functional layout of the building was carefully designed with the individual needs of the investors in mind, with particular emphasis on a connection to nature — through panoramic glazing, terraces, and direct access from the interior to the garden. The facade, made partly of corten steel panels, highlights the authentic beauty of natural materials that age gracefully over time. The rust-colored corten surface gives the facade a unique character and creates a harmonious relationship with the surrounding landscape.

Semi-detached single-family residential buildings on Miłocińska Street

The plot located in Rzeszów on Miłocińska Street will be completely transformed, gaining a new form in the shape of two-story semi-detached houses with a single-family character. The designed buildings will bring a breath of modernity to the neighborhood, harmoniously integrating with the existing surroundings while enhancing its aesthetic quality. The interiors are planned based on an open ground floor layout that seamlessly connects to the outdoor terrace, providing a comfortable living space and a connection to the surrounding garden of the semi-detached house. The building facades will be finished in a modern style, using anthracite plaster combined with brick cladding, giving the overall design an elegant and contemporary character.

Terraced housing in Zaczernie

The project is located on a plot shaped like an elongated parallelogram, situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. The investment consists of six housing clusters, each comprising four single-family buildings. Characteristic protrusions of the volumes (both horizontally and vertically) give the architecture a dynamic expression, while simultaneously allowing the creation of intimate, private garden spaces at the rear of the plots. The facades are finished in a modern style — the combination of anthracite plaster with ceramic tile cladding lends an elegant character that harmoniously blends with the surroundings and highlights the uniqueness of this development.
