Local Initiatives

In collaboration with the school administration, Pratko Development completed the renovation of the facade of the primary school in Tyczyn. As a local developer, we support small municipal initiatives that contribute to improving the quality of life in our immediate surroundings.

MGOK in Tyczyn

The Katarzyna Sobczyk Municipal and Community Cultural Center is one of the key local cultural institutions under our patronage. We are committed to promoting creativity through various projects and activities hosted by the center, thereby reaching a wide audience. Thanks to our involvement, over ten cultural events have already been successfully realized.

MKS Strug Tyczyn Football Academy

Since the 2019 season, Pratko Development has been the strategic and title sponsor of the MKS Strug Tyczyn youth football academy. Sponsoring Strug plays a vital role in promoting an active lifestyle and fostering teamwork from an early age.
